YSL Quilted Patchwork, Size Small.
Created only once and never to be reproduced, this exceptionally special quilted denim jacket has been individually reworked by hand using an authentic vintage Yves Saint Laurent floral scarf.
Each floral fragment was thoughtfully selected, individually cut, placed, and sewn to follow the jacket’s existing diamond quilting—creating an intricate patchwork composition completely unique to this piece.
Unlike our signature full-panel designs, this atelier exclusive required an exceptionally detailed construction process, with each individual appliqué integrated into the original quilting. The finished piece balances romantic vintage florals against washed blue denim, finished with a coveted Yves Saint Laurent signature detail incorporated into the lower back.
Designed to feel collected rather than simply worn — a wearable piece of vintage designer textile artistry.
Fit: Size Small. This jacket is recommended for approximately a 34" bust, 24" waist and 36" hip. It features a relaxed silhouette with a structured denim exterior and softly quilted lining. Please compare the garment measurements with a jacket you already own for the most accurate fit.
