Thank you for shopping Second Soie. Each Second Soie piece is one-of-one, handmade, and thoughtfully reimagined using authentic vintage or designer scarves. Because our pieces are limited and often handmade or finished by hand, please review the shipping details below before placing your order.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.
Processing times may vary during launches, holidays, promotional periods, or high-volume order periods.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and package weight or value.
Any shipping promotions, free shipping thresholds, or discounted shipping offers will be applied at checkout when available.
Shipping Timeframes
Estimated delivery times begin once the order has been handed to the shipping carrier, not from the date the order is placed.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of Second Soie’s control.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Second Soie is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, Second Soie is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, misplaced, or marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbors, your building, mailroom, front desk, local post office, or delivery carrier.
We will do our best to assist with carrier claims where appropriate, but Second Soie is not responsible for replacing or refunding packages marked as delivered.
Damaged Packages or Items
If your package or item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item.
We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution. Approved resolutions may include repair, replacement where possible, exchange, store credit, or another solution at Second Soie’s discretion.
Original Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If an exchange or store credit is approved under our Return & Exchange Policy, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise determined by Second Soie.
Cancellations Before Shipping
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase as long as the item has not yet shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Because many Second Soie pieces are one-of-one, handmade, or limited edition, we reserve the right to decline cancellation requests submitted after the 12-hour window or after fulfillment has begun.
Handmade and Limited-Edition Pieces
Each Second Soie item is unique, handmade, and reimagined from vintage or pre-existing materials. While this does not usually impact shipping timelines, certain custom, made-to-order, or limited-release pieces may require additional processing time.
Any special processing timeline will be noted on the product page where applicable.
