Exchanges or store credit are available within 30 days of delivery.Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, free of perfume, makeup, pet hair, or damage, and returned in their original condition.Because Second Soie pieces are one-of-one, we cannot guarantee that another item in the same style, size, or designer will be available for exchange. If an exchange is not available, store credit may be issued instead.Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Defects / Issues
If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review the issue and make it right.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase as long as the item has not yet shipped.
