Return & Exchange Policy

Each Second Soie piece is one-of-one, handmade, and reimagined using authentic vintage or designer scarves. Because every jacket is unique and cannot be restocked in multiple sizes or quantities, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

We want you to feel confident in your purchase, so we do offer exchanges or store credit within 7 days of delivery if the item is unworn, unused, unwashed, free of perfume, makeup, pet hair, or damage, and returned in its original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the item is received and inspected, approved exchanges or store credit will be issued. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Because each item is handmade and reimagined from vintage or pre-existing materials, slight variations, signs of age, and unique character are part of the piece and are not considered defects.

Please review all photos, sizing details, and descriptions carefully before purchasing. For any questions about fit, measurements, or styling, please reach out before placing your order.

Defects / Issues

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review and make it right.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase as long as the item has not yet shipped.
